Wellies for mega skinny legs

I'm after some wellies for super super skinny legs (like proper twig legs) but they must be neoprene lined!

Any suggestions?

Any shops I could actually try some on? Spent a small fortune in return postage

I am also thin of calf and wear barber wellies...they are quite tall and fit perfectly no flapping !! Will see if I can post a link for you.
