Biro on padded coat!

I've just washed DD's padded north face coat and it hasn't washed off the two small biro pen marks on the hood - i just know she'll do my head in until they're gone! What can i try without ruining the coat even further

I've got nail polish remover but somethings telling me DON'T DO IT!!!

Hair spray brings out biro ink.

Thanks, i haven't got any hairspray in, may just try a very small dab of nail polish remover on a cotton bud first, the marks are quite small anyway.

If you have any 'sticky stuff remover's that should get it out or even WD40 or meths. Then wash again afterwards.

Perfume or after shave gets biro off leather sofas. May work on coats too.
