Bathroom Mould!

We seem to be developing a Mould problem in our bathroom.

We have a wooden velux window/almost skylight in the bathroom. There is constantly condensation and to be honest, although lovely and it lets tons of light in, it doesn't seem like the best choice from a bathroom (rented flat).

The window frame is set back in the wall creating a huge shelf area with more white walking around it (sorry not explaining this well) but we are getting Mould all over this part of the wall. I am trying to clean it frequently, we have the window open and the bathroom door shut constantly other than when DD is in the bath but it's not helping.

Any ideas as to how to get rid of the Mould for good? I'm now seeing specks on the ceiling!

Any chance of an extractor fan being fitted?

I bought a mould remover from Aldi and then decided to invest in a dehumidifier (kept outside the bathroom).
