My son got a new coat for Christmas and as he was out something dropped on him from above a building. I have no idea what the substance is but it's kind of hardened like a cement /glue . I've tried scrubbing, washing and a stain devil for paint and glue but it just won't budge. Any ideas and suggestions as it was an expensive coat and not easily replaced
