No space in bathroom, no airing cupboard. They are currently in drawers in my DD's room but she needs the space now. where shall I put them?!

In plastic storage boxes under the beds?

But a bed that lifts up with underbed storage?

Have you got enough room in the bathroom for some sort of cabinet?

Sorry, re read op 🙈

Thanks. Under beds already packed with DD1's old clothes, ready to hand down to DD2. I'm tempted to buy a blanket box? Or other storage?

  1. make sure you only have the number you really need. We have two duvet covers and two sheets per bed (we have a tumble dryer)
Towels you do need a lot if you have sicky DC but check you only have what you need

  2. store them anywhere really. Ours are half in a random cupboard in a corridor and half in DH's wardrobe

You mentioned a "blanket box", how would an ottoman work its the same thing but phrasing is cheaper if on a budget like many of us are

example www.argos.co.uk/product/9040229

I have a couple of these ones myself and when needed the have become temporary seats for 2 kids / 1 adult with loads of room -

takes seconds to assemble, take out of packing, lift lid away from main part, expand main part out so it is standing up, put "floor in it!, put divider if wanted in it,

add stuff to it and add lid to hide whatever, depends on the age of your DDs but you could cover the top halves of both sides of the ottoman with towels and bedding and stash a layer at the bottom of goodies, to be raided when had a bad day etc

Depending on your finances etc I used to find this was a great place to stash a couple of extra tins that i bought each week with weekly shopping as didnt notice a £1 or 2 more and had an emergency stash ready for a time when things got tight, my ottoman saved me

We have one of these in each bathroom they don't take up much wall space and hold 4 bath sheets rolled up, two for each dc and two each for us. I wash towels twice a week so hand towels we only have one in each bathroom/loo that gets washed twice weekly.

LIVIVO ® Chrome Plated Wall Mounted Oceana Bathroom Towel Rail Holder Storage Rack https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MG95IW7/ref=cmswwrcppapi_hWFxAbQ82TGH9

For bed sheets we have two sets per bed so the spares are folded and put just under the bottom of the mattress so they don't take up any space elsewhere.

I try to follow the rule of having everything needed in a particular room stored there Smile
