Hoover/candy problems

Hi all I've got hoover dynamic next and I've had the engineers out 27 times in the last 18 months it's 3 years old and here's the following problems sorry if I missed some

Display where soap draw is moves during wash & spin

Door opens if you pull the handle during the wash has no lock ( though wash was finished and I just opened the door like normal NOT hard at all and it opened to find it still had water left and was rotating with door open) got "fixed" but it has NO lock at all it just opens with a gentle pull just like it does normally)

Sparks under machine (had 2 new drum replacements and was left in my back garden)

Spring snapped making dents going outwards on the machine

Paddle snapped and tore all clothes up

Smoked the whole house (came home and it was unbearable thought the house was on fire)

But still they refuse to give me a new machine instead they just keep replacing it. I've tried no end of hours arguing and demanding they just put the phone down. Hoover is the same as candy and we have a candy grandO comfort sensor condenser and that's only had 2 new drums as one snapped off the bearings and the sensor programmes leave clothes wet!!!

I never put more clothes in than what it says and follow all guidelines I don't overload nor do I underload I put everything in order from colours and whites etc and use 40° for my darks 30° for my wool and silk 60° for lights and 90° for my towels and bath mats so I know I'm not doing anything wrong. Has anyone else experienced problems with there hoover or candy machines. Please let me know.

Hoover-Candy have had problems for years. They had issues with exploding drums a few years ago which would rip apart mid-spin and take half the kitchen out with it

No, they’re more than taking the piss. Maybe see if citizens advice/trading standards can help.

You have my sympathy. I have a candy grand comfort and it's the worst washing machine I have ever had.

Its heater went at 11 months old. Took extended warranty luckily at that point.

It's had new heater, new pump, new thermostat, new mother board, another new pump, new filter housing unit, another new heater. It's 3 years old.
