Washing up liquid or laundry soap rubbed into the stain before washing with a washing powder (preferably bio)

Sunlight - stick the stained item on a window ledge that gets sun and the mark will miraculously disappear. When the weather's better, drying outside does the trick.

Only feed them white food!

If you haven’t already washed, I second rubbing biological liquid in before washing.

If you’ve already washed, try at least half a capful of Ace ‘gentle stain remover’, leave for 15 minutes before washing with a strong biological liquid. If you used less than half a capful of Ace on the stain, top up to a capful in the wash, assuming you have other things in the wash. Personally I would rinse through at least a couple of times before spinning in case of skin sensitivities. My family is fine with the odd biological like Method but anything strong can irritate.

Should come out, but if not try repeating once or twice. If wearing in between, don’t tumble dry or iron.
