DD2 has drawn on my cheap desk with biro and the fake wood has washed off!!!

What shall i do?

I'm thinking I could cover it in fablon - well thats as far as i've got with idea's tbh.

So anyone seen any funky fablon lately? or should i do it beech wood the same as the rest? (if i can find one that the same)

Or as dp says will it look shite? (he also mentioned something about not letting dd2 have biro's of course i try and keep her form having stuff but, well i dont need to explain - you all know it's not that simple all of the time)

If it's just the pattern that's gone and the surface is still intact I wouldn't worry. (Would tie DD2's hands behind her back for a few weeks though )

The biro hasnt come off and it looks all scratched where some of the biro has come off and taken the wood effect with it. It looks crap.

We've only had it about a month as well - thats what you get for getting cheap stuff from argos, if it was real wood it wouldn't matter, it would be part of its character but because its not it looks horrible.

Come on what would you do? Dp isn't going to be impressed when he sees this

Can't you place a pen pot over it or a mouse mat????

Its right near the front not really anything i can put over it tbh.
