Hate!! Getting rid of stuff...

I feel all positive and ready to pass things on that we don't use, either to charity or other people etc.
After I feel guilt! Lots of guilt!
And it goes on and on for a long time and it comes out of nowhere. I remember getting rid of things from years ago and few awful.
It's so silly! I'm not a hoarder and I'm a very organised person.
Soft toys are the worst, I literally feel sick!
Any tips?? Anyone else feel like this or things you find hard clearing out?

i tell myself 'was it worth what i paid for it'...'did it serve a purpose' if yes then great. if no then it is just wasting space.

and then stick it all on freecycle.

Aw, there’s no quick fix for this, you have to do a wee bit of soul searching about the root causes of why you are like this.

Until last year I kept ALL of the cards.... I have 3 children, my husband and I and I mean all.
I got it in my head that I will sort them out and only keep special ones.
I threw out boxes and boxes of cards and spent the day crying sorting them out.
Thought process.... I'm very sentimental.

People handwriting is so special and unique and if someone's passed away then it's the closest thing you will ever have of theirs, and it's personal, just for you!
