Just been reading thread regarding the above. Have recently aquired a sofa (as above) and thought it was in pristine condition tho have recently discovered pink blotches appearing on cushion covers.
Original thread started around 3 yrs ago which included some fellow unhappy customers who received very poor customer service from Laura Ashley.
I wondered if anyone could message with a positive outcome having also had the same problem. I've tried to contact LA customer service to no avail.
It seems bicarbonate of soda professional clean may help and if anyone can recommend a suitable upholstery cleaner (Bromley area) I'd really appreciate it!
