Has anyone had their Dyson vacuum cleaner repaired by Dyson? I've been trying to phone Dyson for 3 days now to no avail. All I get is an answering machine saying they are too busy. Even though my machine is still under guarantee I've looked into third party repairs and one of them quoted me between £100-200. I'd rather buy a new one for that price!
Please help!
