Removing Gloss Paint from Fabric

Dd got a smear and 2 specks of gloss craft paint on a sweatshirt. Have tried nail varnish remover, white spirit, vanish, vodka, washed twice but not shifting. Any other ideas please?

Razor? If you don't tackle it before it dries, you won't be able to dissolve it with anything.
