I have finally got a brand new oven after years of 2nd hand ones and whilst I am over the moon with it, the oven has different functions which I have never had before.
I am used to using the fan assisted but this one also have convection, convential and top or botton heating plus a grill.
I know that the top heating is for browing off meals, instead of using the grill but I am not sure how to chose between using convection or fan assisted when cooking. I do a fair amount of cooking and baking.
Any ideas how I would decide between which setting to use?
