Hi all lovely Mumsnetters

We got one of these just before Christmas.

It is supposed to be 'one touch'. However, the buttons are so insensitive that it takes me 5 mins of pushing to start the bloomin' thing.

And the start button is the same as the pause button. And all it appears to do when i press them is omit high pitched squeaks. The instructions are useless and do not explain which squeak means what. It's driving me mad!

Anyone had a similar experience?

I’ve got one of these. There’s sometimes a delay between you pushing the button and the light coming on, if that makes sense.

Ok thanks. I think was also pushing too hard. It seems it is a very light touch needed.

Hi, I am having this very same problem, machine is about a year old, switched it on today, about half way through I noticed a colour catcher sheet in there so went to pause the cycle and the button wouldn’t stop the machine. Tried several times ended up have to turn the dial to off position to stop it. Now it won’t switch back on! Any ideas anyone?
Thanks 😊
