Hi

My washing machine has decided to pack up at Christmas.

Been looking at the JL website .. any wise advice on which one to buy ? Tempted by the Samsung Ecobubble.

Thanks

I really can not recommend Samsung. We bought one just under 2 years ago. Went wrong a year ago and spent a week trying to get samsung to send someone to fix it. I even cried.
It was the heating element.

Then it went wrong about 2weeks ago, but we got someone privately and paid as couldn’t face customer services. They came out and fitted the new belt on 20th.
Lasted 3 days and now the motherboard has gone.
We have decided to cut our losses and get a new one and gone for a MIELE. We loved the machine but it kept going wrong and customer services were just truly dreadful.

We have a Beko. Had it 3 years next April. In use minimum of 3/4 washes at least every day. Never had any problems at all.

Miele! Had 9 years of flawless service from mine, it’s fantastic. It was expensive but worth it.

Our washing machine repair man would only recommend Bosch. We've now had our 10 years with no problems.

Im eyeing up the new Samsung addwash but id go for anything that has an Rmp of 1400 or higher on a 30° wash or something 8kg or over mine is currently a 5kg and will only do 800rpm on a 30 wash which means a 2nd spin cycle on 1400 is needed to get the clothes dry enough for the airer Hmm the specs are more important than the brand or how it looks imo
