I heard about it, seen many Youtube videos, I really like it, but it costs over £1000. Has anyone her got Thermomix and could say, is it reaally worth its price? Thank you.

I've got a Bimby which is the same thing, just Portuguese. It's ok, I'm glad it was a gift, as I wouldn't have paid that for it. It's bonus is it removes the need to have loads of appliances, gadgets, but that comes at a price, and I'm sure a decent food processor, stick blender etc would be much much cheaper. In its defence, it's quite compact, bit too noisy, easy to clean and very very well made.

I have one. I bought it in a charity auction so didn’t pay full price. I have had it for six years so it’s the older design TM31. It’s very robust, I’ve never had an issue.
I love it.
One thing I would say is that I don’t use it as much as I could - I never had the demo and so I am sure I could utilise it so much more. I go through phases of using it a lot, then other times I just use it for smoothies! Very easy for soups, risottos, nut butter, so many things.
They are very popular in Australia and are a household name there. There are a lot of fb groups for TM enthusiasts who use them every day and share recipes so there is no shortage of inspiration.
They are excellent machines and you won’t find better.

Thank you for your replies. I'm tempted . Maybe it'll be my 2018 purchase.

I've had mine for 2 years. It was a gift, and I always said I'd never pay for one. But now, if it died I would have to replace it! I use it all the time. It's pretty much replaced my cooker top.
