Hotel laundry v home laundry

I'm away on holiday and my DS 13 vomited in the car on the way to the airport. He managed to hit his trousers and hoodie and I'm just wondering, would you trust hotel laundry to remove the stain by washing or leave the clothes till you get home (2wks) and wash with stain remover etc at home.
My concern is if the stain isn't removed by hotel or will get 'washed in' and stain more and I know I can get it out at home! It's probs tomato based the stain!!

I'd wash as much out by hand in the hotel bathroom (maybe using the hand held shower if available) then give damp to the hotel laundry in a bag with a note on it.
I like to show respect for hotel staff. They're usually paid very little and unless your kids are big enough to take care of it, their vomit is your businessGrin!

On the way to the airport, with hours of waiting, flight time and transfers to ensure, I would bin the clothes TBH. The thought of them festering in a sealed bag to be opened hours/days/weeks later is pretty grim.

Why on earth would keep sick covered clothes in a bag for two weeks? I’d just bin them or give them to hotel laundry after I’d rinsed them.
