Cleaner - how much do you pay

I know it varies depending on where you live in UK.

Just be quoted 5 hours at £10 an hour. Live in modern 4 bed house with office. All laminate floors or tiles. Small carpet panels on stairs. It’s a very tidy house just need tiles and floors cleaned , bathroom cleaned, downstairs toilet, and ensuite. Kitchen benches cleaned.

Does your cleaner do inside of windows or is that extra?

At 5 hours a week I’d expect it, unless it’s the largest 4 bed ever seen! I would have thought that 4 hours would do it.

I’ve asked not to do office or 2 spare rooms. I’m hoping once she’s here she’ll be honest and she’ll reduce hours she’s quoted but if she doesn’t I’ll be annoyed.

I’m doing a list of what I want done as didn’t with last cleaner who was brill but left to start a full time job.

Only want things cleaned as house is super tidy

London here £15 ph. And yes she does Windows. But many won't.

£12.50 an hour but they bring their own cleaning materials.

I'm a cleaner and charge £10 an hour, only recently upped my rates from £8 an hour. I really don't know why some cleaners refuse to do the inside of windows.
I'll do any job that needs doing, in the time it needs doing properly Smile.
North Bristol area.

I'm London Surrey borders and I pay £10 p/ h which is very cheap for this area. I only have her for 3 hours per week though and we have a biggish 3 bedroom house. She doesn't clean windows as she wouldn't have time but in 5 hours I would have thought that would be easily manageable.
