To cut a long story short not so dear son had sticky sweets etc. embedded in the soles of his shoes. I'm sure it's from walking around his land fill site of a bedroom. Then he has walked all over the place for a good while.
Ive cleaned the laminate flooring but the landing and stair carpet is sticky all over. I can't see much on the carpet but it feels sticky.
My son is of an age to know better but he just doesn't care as he's on the Autistic spectrum, although at the higher end.
What can I do about the carpet? Suggestions greatfully received.
