Removing scuff marks from newly painted wall (am fummin)

My husband has managed to put some scuff marks on our newly painted wall with his leather bike trousers. Please could you recommend a good method for removing the scuff marks without damaging the paint?

We could paint over, but that would involve going to the deluxe trade counter and ordering a £6 tester (as was decorated professionally).

Thanks

Have you got one of those magic erasers? I got mine in Aldi.

HappyLandFan · 13/11/2017 07:29

I haven’t but I have heard of them, we don’t have an Aldi nearby so I’ll look online thanks

Most supermarkets stock them, OP. They really are magic.

Magic erasers are fab, I use them for loads of things. You should be able to get them in your local pound shop too. Smile

They also sell them in Wilkos and that other place, the green one, I forget the name. It's just a man's name IIRC.

Careful of you do use paint. I spot painted last year and the colour was slightly different. I do this every year so this year I will get a roller and do proper segments of walls!
