Agency cleaner or SE cleaner ?

So I have quotes for 2 types of cleaner.
First up is an agency charging £13 an hour who provide all cleaning materials and equipment.
Second is a SE cleaner who charges £12 an hour and doesn't provide any materials at all.
She is a nanny mostly and wants to top up her hours with extra cleaning jobs.

Who should I go for ?
I'm in the South East.

Having worked as both... Agency cleaners will always be provided even if your regular one from the agency can't make it, they should be insured too.
SE will turn up come rain or shine ( at least I did) as it's their job and money is money. Probably more reliable too. Agency cleaners can get work anywhere so can decline work if it doesn't fit in with routines. I got a lot of work because parking was an issue where I lived, I walked and got a lot more work. I got more respect SE than as an agency worker.
