I live in Burton upon Trent and arranged for my oven to cleaned by Ovenclean. Worker by the name of Lawrence did not turn up by the appointed time, I phone the office who said they would ring me back, but they didn't. So I make a second call and told he is 20 minutes away. 25 minutes later he rings me to say he can't find where I live. During the conversation his is rude to me. When he arrives at my house 40 minutes late I point this out to him and he tells me HE HASN'T GOT A HELICOPTER !!!!!!!!! I threw him out of my house for being a complete moron. Phoned office and getting my £25 deposit returned. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL ONLY GIVE YOU GRIEF !!!!!!!!!!!!
