We've recently bought a new house that stinks of dogs (and smoke) and I don't know how to get rid of the smell.
The issue is in the dining room. We immediately removed the carpet and I have scrubbed the floors numerous times but any time I get close to the floor the smell hits me.
To give you an idea of how messy it is. These were the radiators.
How do I get rid of the smell?
