Just to advise anyone buying a large electrical appliance from John Lewis that the added care (£95 for 3 more years guarantee) needs to be purchased at the time of purchase otherwise 6 weeks before the 2 year guarantee comes to an end you will receive a letter asking for £225 for 3 years added care.
