lol!! No guilt here!!
I would love to experiment to see if he would actually eventually do something, but I just can't!! It must be the maternal instict! He will stay in bed completely motionless until at least midday if he doesn't have to be up early and out for work. No matter how much I stomp about and tidy noisily around him, he doesn't move!! I think about just lying there too..motionless and see what he does when the kids all want to go down for breakfast, but I just know he won't budge, so I get up anyway as I can't bear the thought of the kids wanting brekkie, and not having someone to get up and do it!!! I have absolutely no idea what would happen if I wasn't actually here!! I really dread to think!!

My sentiments exactly!

tortoise · 09/04/2007 17:17

Well my bedroom is done and actually looks ok! There is more room between the bed and door than it looked at first so fits in ok.

I do have before and after pics if anyones interested?

Tum still feels a bit off. Had twingy pains on and off but not been to the loo again so guess its ok. Not eaten anything but a few biscuits this morning so am going to have a little pasta for tea and see how that goes.

Luda Sorry swimming didn't go to well.
Mhamai Enjoy the choc!
GO Well done.

Mhamai · 09/04/2007 17:21

Aufish · 09/04/2007 17:31

Hi Luda, we have tried halfing the washing load and it still does nothing. Its so annoying as this is the second time it has gone within a month and half. Feel like throwing the bloody thing in the bin.

Mhamai · 09/04/2007 17:39

OK am uploading pics now lol!
And eating pasta and veg with a bit of cheese!

Aufish · 09/04/2007 17:55

I'm hoping so, the thing is that it is only 16 months old and we paid a lot of money for the stupid thing and now I'm wishing that we hadn't bothered with the stupid thing. Going to be on the phone to the people that fixed it last for us and see what they can do for us. Just hoping its nothing to major otherwise I think I will cry!

tortoise · 09/04/2007 18:14

Thank you.
I have a pile of bits for the loft and cant get into girls room so i suppose i better sort that before bedtime.

tortoise · 09/04/2007 19:15

Bits cleared and DD's in bed.
Bath running for me. Really need to clear the kitchen of dinner bits! Will do it in a minute.

ludaloo · 09/04/2007 19:18

You sound like you are on top of your house tort Well done you!! Have a good bath...you deserve to relax!!! I'mm off to put the kids to bed now, they don't seem very tired though now!!

OP posts:
ludaloo · 09/04/2007 19:20

why is it they perk up after a bath?? It has the opposite effect with me!!!!

OP posts:
tortoise · 09/04/2007 19:22

Mine always perk up after a bath too. Thats why its never been a bedtime routine here! It doesn't send them to sleep at all.

Wouldn't say on top of the house at all. Just my room lol! I cant be bothered to do the kitchen now but i have to really!
