Did anyone use Appliances Direct?

I am considering ordering from them. But I'm hesitant as I never heard of them before. If you used them and found them fine, please can you reassure me?

Yes, I bought a range cooker from them years ago years ago with no problems.

However, nowadays I always use AO.com - recent reviews from Appliances Direct no so great and apparently delivery charges are high.
I understand AO.com will pricematch Appliances Direct so I would prefer to take that route as AO receive consistently great reviews and are very efficient. Delivery with AO is free unless a large item which you need within a couple of days.

I've used them also along time ago with no problems but like above poster I use AO.com.

I always check my local family run buisness type buisness in the town first which can get good deals from which are supported by likes of Euronics and local buisness will price match.

Crap year as every white goods had needed to has replaced this past year! So I've done lots of shopping
