Dirty painted cupbaord doors

About 6 years ago I pinted the kitchen cupboard doors a pale grey in a satin wood finish paint. I had noticed over the past couple of years that the paint seems to have discoloured. However now I think that they might just be grimly dirty - there seems to be an uneveness to the discolouration consistent with something running down the doors.

I have tried the following to clean them cif cream cleaner, cif oxygen spray, baby wipes but nothing seems to make a significant change in the colour.

Any other suggestions to try before I simply repaint them next weekend?

If you can find them, magic erasers are great, and worth a try. Flash do them, although I've had them on my shopping list for weeks now and don't seem to be able to find them. Apparently Lakeland do a version too. They shift most things - biro marks, for example, so I would think they'd deal with general grime if that's what it is.
