I'm an idiot. I have a dirt devil steam mop but also a dirt devil carpet shampooer. The carpet shampooer came with a bottle of cleaning fluid. Stupidly, whilst using the steam mop I thought "oh, I have cleaning fluid for this" 
and put some in. Cleaner stopped working immediately. I realised my mistake after a few minutes and poured it all out and rinsed the tank out a few times but it's still not working. Is it a goner or is there any way of fixing it?
