Can I wash my feather duvet..

Can j wash my feather super king duvet in my regular size washing machine and dry it in my regular size tumble drier?

My puppy has just peed on it...

I wouldn't! It will be so heavy when wet and very likely wreck your washing machine. I have risked it with a single 4 tog summer one, but wouldn't consider it with anything bigger.
Take it to be laundered. If you don't have a spare buy a very cheap one from the likes of Asda.
