Toilet cleanliness

Recently had a new bathroom fitted. Previous toilet was very low maintenance. Never any marks from solids, no need for a toilet brush, and i just threw some eco cleaner in the bowl every few days.

New toilet must be designed differently as every time I produce faeces it hits the front of the pan leaving a skid mark and requires a brush and cleaner to remove. I've tried positioning myself differently on the seat but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution? Constantly checking the bowl / pan and cleaning is annoying but I worry that the day I don't do it, i'll have visitors who will be disgusted by the sight of my toilet.

Can you not just wipe it with a bit of toilet paper rather than use a brush and cleaner each time.

I had this problem with my new loo. I've had to teach the children how to safely sluice bleach over it. Please for the love of God do not turn this into a loo brush/bleach debate. The young teens could not cope with the loo brush. Also as I sadly have an avocado suite I can safely confirm that bleach eradicates stains. Otherwise I would see them.

Pop a couple of sheets of loo roll on the offending spot before you go so the poo hits the loo roll.

Also handy in places you don't want the 'plop' overhead.

Can't believe I'm sharing these tips 😂😂
