How to clean mirrored silver stuff?!

How do I revive this? I've tried silver cloth and silver cleaner but it's not worked at all. Not even sure if they're the right thing to use as it has a mirrored finish.

Any ideas?

Brasso or similar maybe

No I just used a Waitrose silver cleaner not brasso but it isn't budging the tarnish at all.

Brasso is good, you can gently scrub away the tarnish. But check the tin first to see if it works on yours, I'm sure it does though.
