Hi we are in the process of getting a new kitchen I would like to get a neff induction hob and been reading reviews my only concern is searing and also stir frying . An alternative is gas on glass again neff have a nice looking model any thoughts suggestions etc also can gas on glass be fitted over quartz work top and splash back thanks
