Where do you get those candle-shaped lightbulbs with the twisty pointy tips?

....God knows what they're really called! They're kind of flame shaped. Bought some ages ago and now one's gone and can't find in the shops?? Help please!

What type of fitting: bayonet, screw, standard or small.
