Mould/damp in bedding...

Anyone have any ideas how to get rid of mould spots on bedding? Duvet covers and pillow cases that have been stored on a caravan are covered in these spots which I assume are mould or damp spots?

I've washed at 40 degrees and there's no difference. Is there anything I can add to the wash that'll get rid of them?

Milton sterilizing fluid and a scrubbing brush. I had a mouldy pushchair, scrubbed it with meat Milton fluid and a stiff brush and then washed it with hot soapy water and it came up lovely.

I have had success at removing mildew marks with Violets Mineral Bleach. It's like a miracle and even eco friendly.
DH put a soaking wet towel in the laundry basket with a load of clothes and didn't mention it, we went away for the weekend and comeback to lots of mouldy stuff. This rescued stuff I thought was beyond repair, I used it with nearly boiling water and soaked the clothes overnight before washing them as usual- the stains disappeared while in the solution.
