Tumble dryer help please

It's a Bosch condenser dryer.
It is stopping before the clothes are dry, and the container light is on.
I've emptied and cleaned the container but it is still happening.

Any ideas please?

Is there a removable condenser behind the water container? Sounds as though that needs cleaning and drying.
