Integrated fridges

Hi,

My parents' integrated fridge has broken. How does one go about replacing this? Will Argos/John Lewis etc fit it for you when they deliver it or do you need to buy it and then get someone out separately to fit it for you?

You may have resolved this already but if not I'm pretty sure JL would do this. I don't have an integrated fridge but replaced an integrated dishwasher last use. We used Appliances Online and paid for fitting and the fitters installed the dishwasher and replaced the door. Don't know about Argos. I'd ring John Lewis and ask.
