Soo just moved into new flat (private rented) and always soon discover a bunch of repairs that need doing, probably many of you know the drill...now also discovered we clearly have a clothes moth infestation in part of the flat which is pretty grim, and there are also a suspicious amount of flying ants in part of the flat too :(
Any tips on how to get this all sorted asap? We will try ourselves and if we can't sort it then will ask the absolutely useless letting agents. I've had ants before and killed them off with some ant killer stuff, I'm presuming it's the same for flying ants although this time we have no idea where they are coming from or how many there are whereas in the past when we've had ants you can clearly see the lines of them marching from somewhere so not sure where I would even put the product?
And no idea how to get rid of clothes moths? I did a bit of reading but we can't take up the carpet in the bedrooms as it's not ours, is that really what would need to be done? And can't work out where they are coming from/where the larvae/nests or whatever are. The rooms were basically bare when we moved in (unfurnished flat bar one or two bits) and have never seen a noticeable nest or anything, we only noticed all the tiny moths on the walls a few days ago (been here about a week now).
