Tumble drying whites and darks?

Will this make the whites go grey? I obviously know not to wash them together but wondered if the same applies to drying.

I got some dye transfer from some dark jeans on to white sheets I put into the tumble dryer together once.

Most things would probably be ok though.

I just chuck everything in together, it's always been ok.

I chuck most things in together
Apart from my proper whites
They go separately to keep them bright

But everything else, mid colours, pale, dark all go in together and I've never had a problem

(Apart from a red duvet cover which was new and although washed the dye did stain the tumble dryer so glad I didn't put that In with anything else)

I wash dark, light, coloured and white allllll together. 30 degrees wash, nothing runs
Tumble without even considering runnage

And I let my laundry get darked on
