Storing plastic bags

Hello!

My kitchen cupboard is totally overrun with those 10p plastic bags for life you get from supermarkets. I know you can get plastic bag storers online but think they're designed for the smaller ones you used to get for free?

Does anyone know where I can get one that fits the 10p bags, or have any other storage ideas?

Thank you!

I can't do links, but there is a YouTube video about folding plastic bags into tiny triangles . I am such a sad person, that I have not only folded my own, but having got such a kick out of it, I have started on my friends and family.

I am the Bill Graham of plastic bag folding.

My mum used to have a fabric cylinder hung up, with elastic both ends. Similar idea to the ikea thing, you put bags in at the top and out at the bottom.

I favour the triangle method (also helps with taking bags in your handbag) though I have to say it's better on 5p bags than 10p ones. I am wondering if I could combine it with the elasticated cylinder. I quite like being able to see the bags to choose from though.

Yy to folding into triangles. Can then be stored in a shoebox in the boot of the car for shopping.

Why do you keep buying them? Why don't they last for life (you can swat me for that one). Why aren't they in your car or bike panniers or whatever you have available when you go shopping? They aren't much use in the kitchen drawer.

The triangle folding idea is amazing Pansy! Will get one of the Ikea holders too 😊

I stuff them into an old tissue box and just store it in a kitchen drawer.

I keep the 10p bags in a fabric bag that I have hanging on my coat hooks and keep the cheap bags in a fabric cylinder tube like a previous poster in my kitchen
