Help removing stain

I have got an air wick plug in oil on my radiators and it literally won't come off.

I've tried white spirit
Bleach
Washing up liquid.

It won't come off

Try cooking oil to act as a solvent then warm soapy water to remove the oil.

WD40 moves most stains, in fact, moves most things.
