How much stuff is too much stuff?

What sort of 'stuff' do you mean ?

I have too much stuff and I know this because some things don't have a place and are piled up. This is when I know I've reached that point. I've always had too much stuff

It depends on the size of your house and how much storage you have. But if it's hard to tidy and find places for everything then you've probably got too much stuff. I certainly have. It's a constant struggle.

But surely it depends on your lifestyle.
There are 5 people who live in my house, all of whom are busy with hobbies - that's a lot of 'stuff' taking up room, but it's not "too much" stuff, as it is needed for the hobbies.
