Stone tiles in bathroom

I have got beautiful cream stone tiles in my bathroom. Our house is a new build and the developer put them in. Trouble is the stone seems to absorbing dirt. It is stained in high traffic areas and even if I scrub it I can't shift it.

What's do I do about it, short of ripping them out and putting normal tiles in?

There are companies who specialise in cleaning and protecting stone and marble floors. Get in touch with one of them and get them to quote. My guess is that the developer cut corners and didn't have the stone sealed.
