I've just put rubbish in my food bin and a massive load of fleas flew out! What can I do to get rid of them?

Fleas don't fly. They're not fleas. Do you mean flies? If flies you may have maggots/eggs in bin. A good rinse with Dettol should get rid.

Fleas jump. You'd know about it if they were fleas!!

HeavenOrSpace · 01/08/2017 21:04

It'll be fruit flies. Not really anything to worry about.

Sorry! Yes maybe they're flies, they are tiny however. We have egg shells in the bin. Will rinse with dettol. Christ I hate adulting.
