My car smells like toddler vomit

Yesterday the little girl I look after was really sick in the car (if you're wondering how bad, it was cheese and fish for lunch bad) fortunately it only went on her and her car seat so I figured wash the baby, wash the seat, jobs a goodun. I washed the covers and hosed down the plastic, including inside the clipping thing where there were several chunks
ThoUgh I got it but when my car warmed up in the sun, the smell came back. Are there any tips to getting it out? Should I leave the car seat outside to air? Is this a fabreeze job? Or zoflora??

Bircarb sprinkled over and left overnight or try Simple Solution Pet Stain and Odour remover or sponge it over with a solution of bio washing powder and warm water.

Don't use anything heavily scented or it'll just smell like perfumed vomit.

Zoflora. When my daughter threw up in the car, this really worked to get the smell out.
