How do I remove the smell of smoke from my changing bag

I have been given one of these bags by a friend but it stinks of cigarette smoke. It says sponge clean only. I have had it in the conservatory airing out but it still smells. Any ideas?

15 mins of wash cycle left, will let you know the results.

Smells much better than it did, but think I can still detect a slight odour of smoke will see how it is when dry.

Didn't shrink though?? well at least it's got the majority of the smell out. Perhaps tommororow hang it outside to blow some air into it.

Didn't shrink as far as I can tell.
