Wool pillows and duvets

I've only ever had cheap hollow fibre pillows and duvets in the past - I really like the sound of wool ones and just wondering if they're worth splashing out on. I don't like being too hot in bed - I usually just have a summer weight duvet year round and add a blanket when it's cold - is that going to be an issue with wool?

I have a summer weight wool duvet from baavet (I got it on their 'seconds' page of the website, had a small mark on it but it was a lot cheaper).
It's great, warm enough in winter, with a blanket when it's very cold and cool enough in summer. It feels quite thin and light, it's not a thick puffy duvet.
