Strong tape to attach net curtain pole hooks

Hello

I'm in rented accommodation and there are net curtain rods in the windows affixed with self adhesive hooks. 3 of them have fallen down in this heat. And two fell down last week even when it wasn't hot.

Can anyone recommend some double sided tape they've used to fix hooks to uPVC window frames? There are plenty of such tapes on Amazon but I don't know if they will be good for this use.

3m Command strips work. If you follow the instruction carefully both applying and removing, they are excellent.
