what are spirals?!

tinkerbellhadpiles · 23/03/2007 16:07

You see this is where Nitromoss IS GOOD you just slap it on, leave it 2 hours and it burns the bloody paint off (and then you when you try and scrape it off).

Would it be helpful at this point to say 'told you so'? Nope, didn't think so.

How about 'the distressed half finished look is very Linda Barker'

PMSL (sorry!)

Aren't you bored with it yet? Or are you being tenacious? It is Friday you know.....perhaps time for a break before you kill yourself with the fumes?

BigCremeEggs · 23/03/2007 16:18

no not really as im excited as i used to be an interior decorator and we've been living in this house and im dying to get all the wood back to original...nothing like this bored me

Sewing....well thats another story as i can bored fairly quickly as my mum is a sewing machinist and can spend hours doing it

tinkerbellhadpiles · 23/03/2007 16:23

Ahh I had a house like that once, grand designs but it was a labour of love and the people who bought it glossed everything over again the philistines!!!!

Well may your weekend be free of visits to A&E then

The spindles are normally nailed or screwed onto the bannister rail.

Check the side of the square edge facing up the stairs IYSWIM.
