Small sink strainer

Been trying to find one to fit a very small plughole in a really old bathroom. The aperture is only 1.5 inches. The measurements of any I've looked at on Ebay - when they even list measurements - seem to be just a bit too big, not certain they'd actually fit. Don't want to order lots on spec as that could get really wasteful (groan). Anyone know where to get one?

What about something like a drain wig instead? Or search for a mini plug strainer.

Cheers.

I hadn't heard of drain wigs before. Not sure it would work for this one, because the hair sits on the surface of the plughole and blocks it there - but good to know about generally.

There are two mini metal strainers that might be small enough (Chef Aid and Tala) and I think I'm just going to have to try them at the cheapest available price. Hopefully the first one will fit.

The smallest advertised one (Chef Aid) is a bit too big. Might have to try the drain wig just to get the hair out that's already there...
