Hi, today I put shake and vac on my carpet in the bedroom and went for a shower (literally no longer than 5-10 minutes, it said on the bottle the longer you leave it the better so that's why I left it whilst in the shower). I got the hoover to vacuum and it was really hard to hoover normally like with the actual hoover part still attached. It sucked up the loose powder but left most of the powder on the floor and left a white mark. So I got down on all fours and took the bottom part of the hoover off and used the small pipe part. It made it a bit easier and I thought it had done the trick but I just put my son to bed with the lights off and realised I have white marks all over my brown carpet? Did I do something wrong or? Does anyone know if it's normal and they'll go in a few days or how do I get the white marks out? Thanks x
